Were having a baby... again!
Bryce and I are so excited because we are having another baby! The baby is Due April 24th yay I'm 10weeks so I think only 10 more and we get to find out what were having yay. well some of my friends started a baby blog and I loved reading them so I decided to do one dedicated to my pregnancy your can find that here!
Addys Saying two or three word sentances!
So my little Addy Patty has started saying two and three word sentences this last week! It is so cute and really makes me laugh some of the things that she will say. We have found she likes to refer to herself as baby. The other day she was eating lunch while i was putting away the dishes so i wasn't giving her my full attention and hadn't noticed that she was done Oops.. well she let me know by yelling "mom baby done baby done baby done" It was so funny and had me laughing for a while. Then if your not giving her the undivided attention she want she will hit you and say "No I'm the baby" boy is she a diva but she sure makes me laugh. I'm also really proud of her because she has learned to count too 3 and it might just be the cutest thing I've ever heard!

Chicken Breakthrough
So Addy Loves any book that deals with animals that seems like all we read any more.. One of her favorite animals in the book is birds and chickens. Its so cute she flaps her arms and says "tweet tweet" or "bak bak" so naturally you would think she would love real life chickens right? Nope wrong she is terrified of them kicking screaming shaking kind of terrified. Well today some of the chickens escaped their coop and were running around the yard, so i decided i would show Addy that they really are not that scary so i hauled her over screaming and crying (yes I'm mean i know) I set her down and grabbed the closest chicken to us and let her pet it. She thought that was the greatest thing and started laughing and giggling and chasing them around the yard. So I think we may have made a breakthrough and maybe now she will go on the side of the yard with the coop haha..

Update!
Wow has it been a while since I have written on here. I was looking at all the post i started writing and then had to stop half way though because something would come up and then I would just forget to get on and finish them. I'm a space case like that though lol. This post might be kind of long so sorry in advance :)
Addy
My little baby is now almost 15 months ahh where has time gone. She has seriously grown up so much in the last three months. She is now walking, has all of her teeth, no longer has a bottle, she can point out most of the colors when you ask her, and she knows what a star circle and square are (talk about a smarty pants), She has also started to potty train her self. One day she just decided to walk to the bathroom and threw a huge fit until i sat her on the toilet then next thing i know she is potty training. Its going really good and she doesn't have any accidents when were home. She just doesn't like to use anyone elses bathroom so were working on that. Adaline brings so much joy and love to our home and I don't know what i would do with out her!
Bryce
Poor Bryce has had quite the summer or lack of I should say. he has had his gallbladder, appendix, and a section of his small intestine taken out all at different times since June. But he is doing much better now So we are very glad about that. Bryce is also looking for a new job since his probably wont be around to much longer... On an up note he is starting school next month YAY! I'm so excited for him he has wanted to start for a few years now and finally is. It will be quite a change but it will be a good one!
He is such an Amazing husband and father I'm so lucky to have him in my life.

There isn't to much to update about me.. I'm teaching Primary now and I love my three little 6yr old girls i teach they are so cute and funny and already have strong testimony's. I've been to the Dr a lot the last three months had surgery once and am having surgery again next month. I'm just to glad that they are finally figuring out what is making me so sick all the time.I love all the Dr's i see they are seriously so great and nice and really know what they are doing! The one thing i think is funny though is that i cant eat healthy food or it make me so so sick. I laughed so hard when my GI Dr told me that eating good is bad. Good news is that my stomach should eventually get better YAY because i sure do love my Vegi's! until then I get to enjoy all the Yummy fatty greasy food and its good for me not to many people can say that!
well that's a short version of everything going on. Were excited because we get to take a vacation to Cali next month for Bryce's brothers wedding Yay for vacation we really need one! Once more thing can I just say how much I'm loving these summer storms, they are my favorite!

~ Adalines 1st birthday ~
So this was written back in May and i just forgot to post it lol oops..
Adaline's 1st birthday was last Friday and it was so much fun. I'm pretty sure that she thought it was the best day of her life haha.. We had a BBQ and I have to say Bryce made so BOMB chicken mmm it was so good I was hoping to have some left over for lunch the next day but i was lucky to even get a piece everyone inhaled it I think . Bryce also made burgers which were delish too. My mom brought a very Yummy fruit tray with all of Addy's favorite fruits and Bryce's parents made Addy's favorite jello salad.
After dinner we let Adaline have her cake I'm pretty sure that was her very favorite part of the night. I turned around to get the wipes to clean her up and when i looked back she had eaten half the cake. I still have no idea how it all fit in her stomach!

OOO CAKE
she destroyed the cake
and loved every second of it
opening her presents it was so funny because she would scream if everyone wasn't paying attention to her
can you tell she loves goldfish

But we are also proud of our selves we made it through a year full screaming sleepless nights, giggles, A whole bunch of first times for Addy, and she is super healthy and strong so i think we are doing pretty good. We are so excited for what the next year has in store for us. Adaline is such a fun sweet and silly little girl she has us laughing all of the time I love her personality she has. I don't know what we would do with out our little princess.

fun update
Addy is growing up so fast it makes me so sad :( that she isn't going to be a baby soon. We took her to her 9month check up and she now weighs 22lbs and is 29inches tall. she is pretty high on the growth charts for her age. Were not to sure where she gets it from since Bryce and I are both short.were guessing it comes from my side though since my sister is super tall.
Addy's 8th tooth just popped through which I'm so happy about. because now she is sleeping through the night again. I seriously think teething is one of the worst things ever invented so hopefully we get a break for a little bit she has been getting two teeth every month since she was five months old. Although she does look so stinking cute with her mouth full of teeth.
When we took Addy to her pediatrician (who i love by the way Dr. Wynn is the greatest!) i was asking him if she should be crawling by now and he told us how most babies are crawling by nine months and some a little later and the some babies never crawl and that perfectly fine to. So we were thinking that she was just going to skip the crawling stage because she has been pulling her self up to stand and cruising along the furniture. well a week after her appointment she started crawling on her hands and knees. It is so cute to watch her and she can get going pretty fast when she wants to get some where. She sure gives me a run for my money though. I turn my head for one second and the next thing i know she is getting in the dog food or pulling things out of a drawer or trying to sneak into another room. So its time we pull out the baby gates. luckily we already have some that we use to keep the dogs out of rooms.
Yesterday was a big mile stone for her too. She learned how to go up the stairs by her self. It was so cute, her cousins had just gotten home from school and she heard them upstairs. She absolutely loves playing with them, I guess she couldn't wait for me to take her up so she decided she would do it her self and up the stairs she went. Now i need to teach her how to teach her how to go down the stairs so she doesn't hurt her self.
I love all of the new skills that she is learning everyday and i get so proud of her when she learns something new and I love seeing how excited she gets when she leans something new. Being a mom is so fun and I love every minuet of it!

Miracles
My brother was in a accident last Wednesday. His truck broke down in Payson so him and his friend were trying to load it on to a trailer so that they could bring it back to my parents house to work on it. Well it was on of the trailers that angle down or up. well my brother was standing in front of the trailer and his friend was driving it up onto the trailer. well the brakes went out and the E brake failed and the truck went off the front of the trailer when it tipped forward. The trailer tipped down pinning my brothers foot and the truck landed on his leg pinning him between his truck and his friends truck. Its amazing Riley wasn't crushed or that he doesn't have any bruises or scrapes on his back because he dented the bumper of his friends truck pretty well. His leg how ever wasn't so fortunate. His foot came 3/4 of the way off and his leg was twisted in an s shape around the truck and trailer. Once the paramedics arrived on the scene they had the truck off with in twenty minuets and he was rushed to Payson hospital. Upon arriving at the hospital the Dr. looked at his leg and determined that it was way to serious and above his skill level so they life flighted him to the hospital in Provo. We were lucky that we were even able to get in to see him since the whole hospital was on shutdown do to a criminal that had escaped through the ER bathroom ceiling. mean less to say I didn't feel to safe in there while the Army, Swat Team, K-9 unit, and 10+ police officers were all in bullet proof vest.
When they cleaned Riley up the best they could we were allowed in to see him. the Doctors weren't to hopeful that they would be able to save his leg and rated it a 9.5 on a scale of 1-10 of worst case scenario. but they said they would try. Riley was given a blessing then rushed off to surgery. After the surgery was complete the Dr's were amazed for his leg being partially amputated none of his major arteries were injured and the smaller bone in his leg was in perfect condition and he hadn't received any nerve damage. They did how ever have to take out six inches of bone, and some muscle. They were very hopeful now that his leg could be saved and made plans to transport him to IMed in Sandy. he has been there since Thursday and has had three surgeries removing muscle and bone, placing in rods and giving him various grafts. all the Doctors are amazed at how well he is doing. were hoping that he will be able to come home for a week or two on Saturday so fingers crossed.
It truly is a miracle that his leg wasn't cut off I have no idea how it wasn't after looking at the pictures and I am even more amazed that the one leg in his bone was broken at all I'm not sure how it was possible and the Dr's are a little stumped to but, It is a testament how strong the priesthood and prayers are. I'm am thankful for the love that friends and family have shown my family.
